MailDrop is a program that can email files directly to your Dropbox folder.
In order to use this program, you will need to install Dropbox (you can download it from https://www.dropbox.com/downloading?src=tourp1).
You will also need a Gmail account to use this program. You must enable IMAP for that account, and create a filter that will move every email with the word "MailDrop" in the subject, to the label (that is the word that GMail uses for folders) Dropbox.
MailDrop will scan every email that you receive in your Dropbox folder, and if it finds any, it will automatically download the attachments it has to the Dropbox folder in your system. Dropbox will then upload its content to your space in the Dropbox server. This way you will be able to save files simply sending them by email while you are on the go, from any computer or even your mobile device. Your computer will receive the messages, Dropbox will upload the files to your virtual folder, and all of the files will be available from anywhere in the world.
